Service Description

Cardio Barre is slightly more dynamic than a regular barre class, so whilst it is still predominantly low impact, it works you a bit harder and is a lot of fun. Barre combines a selection of barre moves, Pilates alignment and sports conditioning making it an amazing all-over-body session.
